Job Description
- Head hunt the needed and qualified candidates
- Profile the candidates competency mapping after matching with Planned
- Screen and select Resume to proceed with filling the opportunity
- Make interview with the candidates as per our clients request
- Approach and convince the best caliber for the client opportunities
- Follow up with the candidates and the client to the offer closing.
- Identifying the qualifications/competencies for each Search assignment required
- Arrange with the client and candidate from receiving the request till closing the contract between them
- Any other related tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent in writing, reading and engaging an English conversation.
- Excellent in using MS Office applications.
