Job Description
- Production cells as and when required avoiding disruption to production
- Ensure that material scheduling processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements with minimum stock levels, whilst optimizing costs.
- Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising in order to meet production requirements and address operational risks.
- Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.
- Supervise inventory and inventory record accuracy.
- Ensure the integrity of Bills of Materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy at all times and supervise and Control inventory levels and movements.
- Supervise inventory and inventory record accuracy.
- Ensure that any Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and related IT business system (ERP) that are in place are effective and that data is accurate and up-to-date and resolve an issues as required.
- Liaise with stakeholders on product change requests and review and communicate the impact on material planning and schedules
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Supply chain Certificate (CSCP, CPIM or SCM) is a Plus.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience.
- English proficiency is a Must
- Experience in ERP System is a Must.
- Advanced excel and data analysis skills is a Must.
- Preferred with Manufacturing Background.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
