Job Description

Technical support personnel responsible for solving all kind of problems that face our Dimofinf CMS customers, also taking part in the continuous development and improvement of the script (you will be under training), recommended minimum one year experience considering immediately start

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Answering technical support tickets and solve clients problems
  • Provide technical support services for Dimofinf CMS (Installation, Upgrading and Editing Styles)

Job Requirements

Technical Skills (Must have)

  • Knowledge in dealing with Dimofinf CMS (Install, upgrade.. etc)
  • Be proficient in all forums technical support tasks (Install, Upgrade, Merging databases, converting between forums and scripts)
  • Experience using MySQL databases and solving all kinds of its problems
  • Experience using HTML and CSS
  • Experience dealing with cPanel and other hosting control panels

Technical Skills (Nice to have)

  • Knowledge of PHP

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Intelligent, ability to train, ability to self-study, loyal, faithful, commitment, dependable, can finish his tasks fast, ambitious
  • Be excellent in written / spoken English & Arabic
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Nice to have dedication and commitment towards work
