Job Description
- Designing & updating training material for internal & external training including PPT, instructor’s manual, student’s manual, videos, workshops..etc.
- Meeting with the concerned manager, to discuss developing internal training material in details to ensure the delivery of the required concepts.
- Attending meetings with the training providers to come up with the best outlines to meet with Ibnsina training needs.
- Customizing accredited training programs to fit with the training needs of the company.
- Keeping the training section updated with the recent training trends, programs & methodologies to ensure effective delivery & meeting the required quality of training activities.
- Conduct internal training frequently as per the internal training plan to enhance employee's performance.
- Manage & update Ibnsina training library to ensure reinforcing the learning culture.
- Providing internal trainers with reading material related to the delivered topic to ensure effective delivery of the training.
- Prepare, update & send the blended learning topics as agreed upon (reading material, video, audio files ...etc.).
Job Requirements
- University degree in any field.
- 5+ years' experience in the same field.
- HR Diploma, TOT or its equivalent is a must.
- Very Good user of MS office.
- Excellent searching skills from multiple resources (internet, books,…etc).
- Excellent command of English language.
- Good Data analysis and follow up skills.
- Good Problem solving and excellent communication skills.
