Job Description
- To complete the course of the audit Reps lines according to the classification of customers and zoning.
- Drawing lines on the GIS program and divided according to the classification of customers and zoning and the number of delegates reviewers.
- Conduct a report from the GIS program shown by each delegate references and customers that will visit every day and as well as sales representatives who serve and review of those data with the review unit director for approval.
- Divide each audit clients delegate for each day so that a visit from 8 to 16 customers a day during the month and moderated with the director of review unit and then send the data to IT dep.for submission on Handheld devices each delegate references.
- Review last updated clients for clients ISM & MT with managers and coordination units in terms of sales cancel or add new customers and then send a report to IT dep.
- Prepare a monthly report and send it to the administrators and units sales managers to add any edition and resend it again according to the following (Sales Structure - New Customers - Delete Customers - Update Coordinates - Customers transfers - Comments)
- Prepare team work month's data report the administration taking into account the amendments add all of the above.
- Prepare a report with full customer itineraries and sales team and filed on B.s. the GIS data is then divided the section into units / supervisors / delegates / day, taking into account the customer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- From 0-2 years of Experience.
- GIS Programs ARC – Map Info/On the job training / System reports.
- Deal with Microsoft office Programs.
- Good Commend in English.
