Job Description
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of financial information
- Entering data and information such as invoices, financial documents, restrictions, exchange orders, all different accounts, documenting movements and financial records, and issuing audited balances on a monthly basis.
- Analyze and summarize the current financial situation of the company through the preparation of financial statements, management accounting reports, and decision-making statements.
- Analysis of administrative processes, which include costs and revenues for existing projects and provide data management for budgets for future projects.
- Ability to endure routine and office work with small attention to detail, punctuality, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to handle MS Office programs specifically Excel.
- Provide the necessary data for tax consultants.
- Provide necessary data for external references.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience in bookkeeping (in construction field-an asset)
- Ability to manage many files at a time
- Ability to work under stress
- Good communication skills
- Professionalism in manner and appearance
- Independent, enthusiastic, and initiative
Required
- Bilingual (Arabic, English)
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
