Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand clients’ needs and generate leads
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update client information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and contact, to update CRM system.
- Follow up with emails and calls to generate interest.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Degree in business, communication or equivalent.
- Proven experience more than 3 years as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Ability to give full attention of clients’ needs and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polite and friendly manner
- Cool-tempered and able to overcome rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behaviors
