Job Description
Role Purpose
The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution and tracking for specific projects which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the objectives and KPIs which the project will be evaluated at its completion
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Create a detailed work plan with timelines which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Assure project compliance with all quality standards and processes
- Constantly monitor and report the project progress to all stakeholders
- Prepare and manage project’s risk assessment sheets and issues’ list
- Implement and manage project change requests to achieve project successful delivery
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors (supplier management)
- Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
- Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
- Review all project financial records and invoices
Job Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience at least 2 years in project management
- Degree in computer science or communication or mechatronics
- Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP certification is a plus
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management
- Proficiency in: word documents processing, Database management, spreadsheets
- Understand ethical behavior and business practices
