Job Description
- Preparing all export documents starting from receiving the purchasing order from the export agents and ending with shipping of goods and sending the original documents.
- Follow Up export process in the countries under his responsibility to achieve our company target
- Follow up with the sales Department on the Clients analysis for our agents and new customers
- Work through the products performance & study potential for new business opportunities
- Prepare the requested marketing tools (promotional materials)
- Setting annual targets in co-operation with our agents
- Communicating with new clients to open new markets, collecting data for market survey
- Follow up the orders till they are shipped (orders for private markets & tenders)
- Analyze the global market trends for chemical products take the necessary strategic decision to coupe up with global market trend.
- Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them.
- Prepare quotation & pricing for overseas buyers
- Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses and restrictions.
- Generate all required export documentation; i.e. airway bills, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists and letters of credit when needed.
- Execute complete export cycle
- Manage product mix and discount structure to achieve margin objectives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Export Field.
- University Degree.
- Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- From 2 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Knowledgeable and updated with international market changes and consumer patterns of behavior.
- Fluent in English written & Spoken.
