Job Description
- Solve Computers HW & SW problems
- Document tickets resolution and make sure SLA & KPI's are maintained .
- Troubleshooting for Network\Internet issues .
- Basic System & Network Administration (Install , Configure , maintain systems components )
- Participate with the team in solving IT repeated problems , highlighting possible root cause , Determining corrective and preventive actions .
Job Requirements
- B.sc of Engineering / Computer science or relevant study .
- Fluent in English as most of support needed to VIP's and foreign managers .
- CCNA and MCSA understanding , Certificates will be an added value .
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience in IT Support and/or Tier 1 systems administration
- Problem solving and communication skills
- Males are preferred
