Job Description

  • Solve Computers HW & SW problems
  • Document tickets resolution and make sure SLA & KPI's are maintained .
  • Troubleshooting for Network\Internet issues .
  • Basic System & Network Administration (Install , Configure , maintain systems components )
  • Participate with the team in solving IT repeated problems , highlighting possible root cause , Determining corrective and preventive actions .

Job Requirements

  • B.sc of Engineering / Computer science or relevant study .
  • Fluent in English as most of support needed to VIP's and foreign managers .
  • CCNA and MCSA understanding , Certificates will be an added value .
  • Preferred 2-3 years of experience in IT Support and/or Tier 1 systems administration
  • Problem solving and communication skills
  • Males are preferred
