Job Description
- Ability to Implementation all HR functions & Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
- Organize, coordinate and manage company manpower plan
- Prepares issues and publishes the Company Policies.
- Prepares and issues organizational announcements.
- Prepares employees’ offers & agreements &contract and all forms regarding.
- Provides a thorough analysis of headcount, monthly payroll, social insurance and any other required strategic analysis to the Top Management.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures Recommend strategies to motivate employees
- Develops implements and maintains HR processes with regard to compensation, benefits, deductions, payroll, personnel, and administration.
- Know & apply the Egyptian Labor Law
- Responsible for conducting official Labor Investigations with regard to Code of Conduct violations and disciplinary incidents; recommended actions in alignment with the Egyptian Labor Law.
- Propose new promotion plans, ideas, and initiatives and discuss them with management.
- Communicate with all the suppliers to propose/discuss any activity.
- Ability to manage, follow up and develop team members.
- Prepare and manage the company's plan and calendar according to the company's annual strategies.
- Meet the HR department’s objectives and KPIs
Job Requirements
- University Bachelor Degree is a must
- Up to 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, with extensive Labor Law & Social Insurance Law knowledge.
- Excellent MS Office software skills and familiarity with HR systems.
- Excellent English & Arabic languages.
