Job Description

  • Ability to Implementation all HR functions & Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
  • Organize, coordinate and manage company manpower plan 
  • Prepares issues and publishes the Company Policies.
  • Prepares and issues organizational announcements.
  • Prepares employees’ offers & agreements &contract and all forms regarding.
  • Provides a thorough analysis of headcount, monthly payroll, social insurance and any other required strategic analysis to the Top Management.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures Recommend strategies to motivate employees
  • Develops implements and maintains HR processes with regard to compensation, benefits, deductions, payroll, personnel, and administration.
  • Know & apply the Egyptian Labor Law
  • Responsible for conducting official Labor Investigations with regard to Code of Conduct violations and disciplinary incidents; recommended actions in alignment with the Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Propose new promotion plans, ideas, and initiatives and discuss them with management.
  • Communicate with all the suppliers to propose/discuss any activity.
  • Ability to manage, follow up and develop team members.
  • Prepare and manage the company's plan and calendar according to the company's annual strategies.
  • Meet the HR department’s objectives and KPIs

Job Requirements

  • University Bachelor Degree is a must
  • Up to 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, with extensive Labor Law & Social Insurance Law knowledge.
  • Excellent MS Office software skills and familiarity with HR systems.
  • Excellent English & Arabic languages.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
