Job Description
- Assisting all departments by organizing and implementing administrative systems
- Manage and track company documents, through scanning, organizing and maintaining documents
- Adhering to the company's document life cycle procedures
- Developing and maintaining the filing systems through archiving records in accordance with the records retention schedule
- Provide support in employees’ social insurance process
- Answering telephone calls
- Arranging appointments
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
