Job Description
The vacancy is available in one of YAS holding subsidiaries in Egypt, ITworx Education
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
- Develop and implement training, learning, counseling, coaching and development plans and monitor the plan’s results and employee performance impact.
- Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes while coordinating the payroll process with the finance management.
- Sponsor the development of a talent management and succession plan.
- Develop and manage the recruitment and selection strategies and support the recruitment process - this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
- Develop and carry out new employee induction and orientation process.
- Work with appropriate parties on reward and bonus strategies.
- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absences, retirements, terminations and redundancies.
- Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice.
- Sponsor conducting performance appraisals.
- Conduct periodically wage and compensation reviews.
- Developing a team of HR generalists.
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
- Overseeing exit interviews.
- Maintaining department records and reports.
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Training of HR and talent management staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science / related field
- Experience in IT / software solutions companies is must.
