Job Description
- Contributes to Retail financial growth through driving sales, managing expenses and implementing plans for increased profitability.
- Achieve own target and meet the retails offices monthly targets and handle budgets.
- Supervise, motivate and drive the Retail team to deliver within its cost structure the most effective and productive form of customer interaction through FedEx and non-FedEx technology.
- Daily follow-up to ensure full compliance of self and Retail staff to cash handling procedures and operational standards.
- Daily review to the paperwork submitted by Retail Staff to ensure full compliance.
- May work as Retail Agent in case of emergencies or staff shortage.
- Orient, train, monitor, evaluate and provide direction to retail staff and participate in there.
- Complete/monitor timesheets and attendance records, Put together work schedules, leave plans..etc.
- Prepare& submit reports as required by management.
- Prepare the rotation plan for all agents along the year.
- Weekly visits for all the branches to check that everything in the branch as the standards and meet the company image.
- Follow up Customers refunds with finance team.
- Executes flawless Retail visual presentation by ensuring that staff are maintaining visual and retail housekeeping standards and that they are fully compliant with uniform & appearance standards.
- Use electronic mail, telephones, scanners, mobile phones; power Pads and other communication tools effectively on a daily basis and train staff to use them.
- Respond to internal customers inquiries regarding services issues and cooperate with other department to provide outstanding service.
Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Retail industry in Freight forwarding or express mail company, preferably with both International & Domestic experience.
- Supervisory experience is a must
- Excellent command of English language.
