Job Description

  • The Travel coordinator will be expected to provide superior customer service and offer excellent advice to the customers in order to help them selecting the right hotel for their businesses travels.
  • Manage several on-going queries at once
  • Follow-up communications to provide additional details is sometimes necessary to make the sale.

Job Requirements

  • Must have fluent English.
  • Must be a hard worker.
  • Willing to start at the soonest.
  • Willing to work for fixed hours (From 4:00 PM -1:00 AM).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferably graduates.
  • 0-1 years’ experience in Telesales or Customer Service.
  • Flexible with no obligations.
  • Not older than 27 years.
