Job Description
- Post job ads on various recruitment channels such as (Wuzzf , Linked-in, Forasna, and Facebook).
- Screen & Collect CVs from different recruitment channels.
- Conduct phone interviews and face-to-face interviews when requested.
- Conduct placement tests to rate job applicant competencies and assess their suitability.
- Arrange and Schedule interviews with the Head of Department & HR Manager.
- Send Job Offers to accepted applicants.
- Netogtoite appropriate salaries with possibale job candiaites.
- Conduct regular Salary Surveys.
- Write and update job descriptions regularly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business.
- Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or HR
- HR Diploma or HR certificate are preferred.
- Mastering Excel knowledge
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Interpersonal sensitivity
- Persuasive oral communication
- Ability to work and conduct in a team
