Job Description

  • Post job ads on various recruitment channels such as  (Wuzzf , Linked-in, Forasna, and Facebook).
  • Screen & Collect CVs from different recruitment channels.
  • Conduct phone interviews and face-to-face interviews when requested.
  • Conduct placement tests to rate job applicant competencies and assess their suitability.
  • Arrange and Schedule interviews with the Head of Department & HR Manager.
  • Send Job Offers to accepted applicants.
  • Netogtoite appropriate salaries with possibale job candiaites.
  • Conduct regular Salary Surveys.
  • Write and update job descriptions regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business. 
  • Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or HR
  • HR Diploma or HR certificate are preferred.
  • Mastering Excel knowledge
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Interpersonal sensitivity
  • Persuasive oral communication
  • Ability to work and conduct in a team
  • Planning & organizing
  • Attention to detail
