Job Description
- Raw material demand, handling, and stock keeping.
- Quality activities before, during, and after production.
- Supervise the production team and check the attendees and the absents.

- Manpower planning in cooperation with both planning unit at supply chain, and HR

- Continuous improvement for all processes of operations.

- Communicating with all manpower categories, to keep the best satisfaction level and the lowest turnover.
- Supervise section heads of operation (Internal Production Schedule, Production, Quality and Safety, Maintenance, and Personnel)
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Chemical or Chemist
- At least 5 years as an operation / background production manager.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
