Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our hungry customers
- Process order and manage relationship with hundreds of restaurants across Egypt
- Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
- Handle customers and vendors’ requests
- Multiple various projects to improve content of the website and quality of services
- Constantly work towards improving customer experience
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and constantly smiling
- Ability to take initiative, willingness to learn
- Good computer skills
- Very good to Excellent English
- Good typing skills
- Any profile is welcome (students, young graduates, experienced call center agents) – remuneration based on English
- For Full time: 5 working days per week with rotational days off
- 9 Working hours including break - Females last shift is 9:00 PM
