Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our hungry customers
  • Process order and manage relationship with hundreds of restaurants across Egypt
  • Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
  • Handle customers and vendors’ requests
  • Multiple various projects to improve content of the website and quality of services
  • Constantly work towards improving customer experience

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and constantly smiling
  • Ability to take initiative, willingness to learn
  • Good computer skills
  • Very good to Excellent English
  • Good typing skills
  • Any profile is welcome (students, young graduates, experienced call center agents) – remuneration based on English
  • For Full time: 5 working days per week with rotational days off
  • 9 Working hours including break - Females last shift is 9:00 PM
