Job Description
- Maintain the records of accounts payable by filing all source documents and system generated reports, and prepare reports and other documentation for management when requested.
- Contribute to the operation and integrity of the departmental accounts payable system and ensure accounts payable functions are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date accounts payable system.
- Monitor suppliers account details for terms of payment, credit terms and other irregularities.
- Maintain standard costing system on SAP.
- Coordinates product cost process including calculating, reviewing and analyzing machine and labor hours, overhead costs and allocations, production rates, raw material costs and manufacturing process changes.
- Analyzes actual manufacturing expenses and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
- Responsible for performing accounting functions consisting of product inventory liability calculations.
- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for fixed assets.
- Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
- Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets.
- Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
- Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and costing accounting; ensures accuracy and timeliness.
- Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
- Process perpetual inventory reconciliation, G/L close, and provide spreadsheets on special projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Or Finance Or related discipline.

Minimum 4-7 years of accounting experience.

Experience in SAP/FICO system is a MUST.
- Professional experience of Cost accounting,GL Accounting,AP Accounting and Fixed Assets.
- Motivated, energetic, team-player able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
