Job Description
- Assist in reviewing and developing the company's policies and procedures.
- Monitor the implementation of the company's internal regulations and management decisions.
- Represent the company in front of all governmental institutions that deal with human resources and admin department; such as labor office, insurances and etc.
- Implement the processes of social and medical insurance for all employees and follow-up any relevant issues.
- Recording the attendance sheets of employees; processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Prepare the periodic, daily reports and follow-up the personnel commitments.
- Complete and process all paperwork related to new comers and retired personnel.
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Keep employee records up-to-date and follow-up employees' status changes
- Receive and resolve all employees' complaints.
- Fulfilment of additional duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR field and dealing with governmental institutions.
- HR Certificate is preferable.
- Good communication Skills
- High Computer skills
