Job Description
- Welcoming the guests of the Event
- Achieving project objectives
- Organize Reserving the hotels and tickets
- Follow up with meeting rooms set ups
- Constant follow up with the congress staff and the registration disc
- Providing advice to the management of projects
- Organizing the various professional (Doctors&Professors)people working on a project
- Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
- Reporting to the client or senior stakeholders on progress
- Evaluating the success of the project against its bench marking and sharing lessons or best practice with other organizations or project managers
Job Requirements
- Holds university
- Experience in Handling Foreigners
- Good communication skills
- Good Problem solving skills
- Excellent English is a must
- Excellent user for office programs specially Outlook
