Job Description

  • Maintain all the Head Office equipment (printers & PCs). This entails stores support for all around the week.
  • Trouble shoot technical problems in the Head Office and provide solutions.
  • Administer servers, desktop computers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches
  • Build new networks for any new stores.
  • Training employees on new systems
  • Update the recipes with new items after the approvals.
  • Update recipes with new items, quantities & prices.
  • Pull POS reports to the concerned departments.
  • Maintain the Matrix system (registers, receipt printers, screen)
  • Maintain the Comsys Back Office (Stock Control, Purchasing System , Payroll. General Ledger, Fixed Assets. Attendance System , Account Receivable. Account Payable)
  • Maintain all PCs including the software and the hardware.
  • Supervise and monitor the users network.
  • Supervise and maintain the functioning of the Email server for users in the head office and remote users.
  • Maintaining the 3cx system at the head office.
  • Maintaining the Camera system at the head office

Job Requirements

  • Certified from Microsoft
  • MCSE - Software - Hardware - Network - Systems.
  • Preferable to have experience in restaurants or hotels.
