ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for the Front-End development of one of our key projects. If you’re interested in creating a user-friendly environment by writing code and moving forward in your career, then this job is for you. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and improve website applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed.
- Design mobile-based features.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers.
- Write functional requirement documents and guides.
- Create quality mockups and prototypes.
- Help backend developers with coding and troubleshooting.
- Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Build and work with a passionate team to develop outstanding technological solutions for international markets.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
- Work with a cross-international team based between Germany, Egypt and China.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- You are confident in leading a team & sharing your personal opinion.
- Your have a proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
- You have a basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- You have a strong experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, JQuery, ReactJS, VueJS, etc...
- You know how to debug web applications and how to implement client-server communication with technologies such as HTTP, AJAX, RESTful JSON services & Websockets.
- You have strong experience in interfacing/integrating with API’s.
- You built systems using Gulp/Grunt.
- You have a full understanding of version control systems like Git.
- You have familiarity with software like sketch, Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience in Node.js is a plus.
