Job Description

Scope of Work : Responsible for the efficient functioning of an office through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a focal point and a coordinator among different departments.
  • Coordinate general office operation.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules.
  • Attend meetings, write meeting minutes and send them to participants.
  • Write email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Follow up office rental payments.
  • Plan and supervise events, fairs and conferences.
  • Manage Social Media.
  • Manage website content and company pintables.
  • Assist in doing market research when needed.
  • Produce reports and manage databases.
  • Create presentations.
  • Send payment requests and follow up with clients.
  • Create and maintain a filing system.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Assist the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and other HR administrative functions.
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree of Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must 
  • Very Good command of English Language
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
