Job Description
Scope of Work : Responsible for the efficient functioning of an office through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a focal point and a coordinator among different departments.
- Coordinate general office operation.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules.
- Attend meetings, write meeting minutes and send them to participants.
- Write email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Monitor and purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
- Follow up office rental payments.
- Plan and supervise events, fairs and conferences.
- Manage Social Media.
- Manage website content and company pintables.
- Assist in doing market research when needed.
- Produce reports and manage databases.
- Create presentations.
- Send payment requests and follow up with clients.
- Create and maintain a filing system.
- Answer phone calls.
- Assist the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and other HR administrative functions.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree of Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
- Very Good command of English Language
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
