Job Description
- Managing corporate branding, marketing communications.
- Analysis of the performance of advertising campaigns and to make suggestions for improvements.
- Surveys on an annual basis to update information on the size of the market, Division of the market, the brand, and to meet the needs of the consumer and requested benefits.
- The prices of the products of the study competitors' prices, and market with consumers to determine the acceptable price.
- Assisting in the preparation of the marketing plan, media analysis, and media plan.
- Assisting in products’ development.
- Participation in the preparation of the annual work plan proposal: Market research and SWOT analysis to analyze internal situation and external promotional activities and programs, and expectations for monthly sales and budgets.
- Coordination of the preparation of any exhibitions and events.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing / communications or related area.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of related experience.
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and be a self-starter.
