Job Description

  • All the call center duties.
  • Data Entry for Sales system (CRM).
  • Answering the incoming calls.
  • Dealing with the walk-in customers.
  • Assist the other departments.
  • Submit invoices for the finance (collection department).
  • Handling the Facebook inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • At least one year of experience. (Preferred experience In call center or customer service).
  • Excellent English language.
