Job Description
- Lead the development of final business plans, market strategies, marketing communications, new product launches and pricing strategies.
- Lead the business practice to ensure that the value proposition is clear, concise and actionable, as well as backed up with compelling material.
- Lead market research and intelligence gathering, including direct customer research as well as interaction with sales and clinical services teams to understand the market and customer needs.
- Achieve the department's annual budget by ensuring appropriate resource allocation across the business and tracking ROI for marketing activities.
- Work closely with the sales organization to ensure alignment in and implementation of business strategies.
- Recommend, implement and manage all marketing initiatives including content marketing, trade fairs, advertising and digital communities to enhance brand recognition.
- Work with international distributors to develop and support the implementation of regional marketing plans and presence in the digital society.
- Initiating and launching marketing campaigns directed at key decision makers across different market segments.
- Establish and maintain key industry contacts for market research firms and conduct regular market analysis of current and potential markets to assess market share.
- Work closely with clinical and product management teams to learn, develop and meet key customer requirements in all products and implement new product introduction strategies.
Job Requirements
