Job Description
- Time utilization/ Calendar management of the CEO.
- Meeting minutes documentation and follow up on all agreed actions in the various meetings.
- Overlooking the various project managers and providing assistance when needed.
- Email correspondence with external and internal stakeholders.
- Summary of the technical reports and preparation of public presentations for different topics and occasions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or a similar faculty.
- Must speak and write Arabic, English and German fluently.
- Awareness of UN, Sustainable Development goals, concepts and Activities.
- Demonstrating strong project management and communication skills.
- Is flexible, can handle stress and occasional long working hours.
