Job Description

The Role:

  • The candidate will have a proven track record of running successful SEO campaigns, brand or agency side and experience in dealing with people at different levels.
  • As an SEO Executive, you will strive to understand your clients’ business and any challenges that they face. You’ll explore and master new ways to help them drive their business forwards.
  • You will be expected to manage and implement SEO projects that exceed client expectations and deliver amazing results each and every time.
  • You’ll have the drive and capability to remain at the forefront of digital marketing, making sure best practice marketing techniques are at the heart of everything we do.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creation of overall SEO strategy for a client’s websites and digital properties.
  • Implementation of the SEO strategy; working with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each project.
  • Delivery of projects including technical SEO, site audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, back-link analysis and more.
  • Working alongside our Content Marketing team (where required) to assist with the creation of a content strategy to add rocket-fuel to the SEO projects.
  • Ongoing monthly optimization of client websites.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and making adjustments accordingly
  • Accurate and effective client reporting.
  • Managing clients – including their expectations (which you will exceed) – and keeping them up to date at each stage of the project.
  • Ensuring individual KPIs are met each month to aid career progression.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns (in-house or agency).
  • Experience in the technical aspects of SEO.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML.
  • Ability to analyze and improve results.
  • Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards.
  • Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach.
  • A willingness to learn, research and use initiative.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
  • Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills.
  • Perfect command of the Arabic and English languages (French is a plus).
  • Proactive approach to workload and new ideas.
