The Role:
- The candidate will have a proven track record of running successful SEO campaigns, brand or agency side and experience in dealing with people at different levels.
- As an SEO Executive, you will strive to understand your clients’ business and any challenges that they face. You’ll explore and master new ways to help them drive their business forwards.
- You will be expected to manage and implement SEO projects that exceed client expectations and deliver amazing results each and every time.
- You’ll have the drive and capability to remain at the forefront of digital marketing, making sure best practice marketing techniques are at the heart of everything we do.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation of overall SEO strategy for a client’s websites and digital properties.
- Implementation of the SEO strategy; working with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each project.
- Delivery of projects including technical SEO, site audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, back-link analysis and more.
- Working alongside our Content Marketing team (where required) to assist with the creation of a content strategy to add rocket-fuel to the SEO projects.
- Ongoing monthly optimization of client websites.
- Analyzing campaign performance and making adjustments accordingly
- Accurate and effective client reporting.
- Managing clients – including their expectations (which you will exceed) – and keeping them up to date at each stage of the project.
- Ensuring individual KPIs are met each month to aid career progression.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns (in-house or agency).
- Experience in the technical aspects of SEO.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Knowledge and experience with HTML.
- Ability to analyze and improve results.
- Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards.
- Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach.
- A willingness to learn, research and use initiative.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results.
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
- Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills.
- Perfect command of the Arabic and English languages (French is a plus).
- Proactive approach to workload and new ideas.
