Job Description

Assist in all the company legal affairs including but not limited to:

  • Reviewing and drafting all company contracts and all other legal documents, litigation and arbitration, application of company policies.
  • Protection of company IPRs, managing the company legal risk.
  • Educate the company staff on the basic legal issue relating and affecting the company activities.

Job Requirements

  • BA. of Law - English Section.
  • From 3-5 years practice in similar work environment.
  • In addition to high personal qualifications especially willingness to learn.
  • Given that I will invest time and efforts to educate him.
  • He or she must be worth to invest in.
