Job Purpose:
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data using specific computer system & preparing reports.
Accountant Job Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups (system).
- Responsible for collecting money, checks and follow up the money deferred debts with banks.
- Update sales system with new data.
- Assist the accounting &Audit office in finishing all the company legal matters.
- Analyzing account information (manually).
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Responsible for treasury.
- Responsible for collecting money, checks and follow up the money deferred debts with banks.
- Responsible for procurement accounts inside and outside Egypt.
- Responsible for receiving branches revenue.
- Responsible for the receipt of procurement and supply branches.
- Inventory branches and storehouses.
- Assist the accounting & Audit office in finishing all the company legal matters.
- Help the warehouse worker in working process in the warehouse.
Job Requirements
- Obtain BA in commerce.
- Preferred accounting section.
- Preferred the residents of Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Haram & Fasel.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Age not exceed 25 years.
- Well knowing of Microsoft office specially Excel.
- Arabic & English.
- Can work under stress and meet the deadline.
- Eager to learn.
