Job Description
Tasmeem Studio is hiring a Senior Interior Designer/ Architect with minimum 8 years of experience in the Interior Design and construction fields.
Responsible for:
- Supervising and handling various interior design projects from design to execution Simultaneously.
- Revising as built and shop drawings.
- Revising 3D Interior design models.
- Conceptual design, using presentation and visualisation programs.
- Undertaking a variety of space designing projects.
- Dealing with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
- Communicating regularly with client.
- Supervise the execution team in the site to develop and execute appropriate design solutions per project to fulfil clients' requirements.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in the site.
- Establish and maintain positive communication and good relationships with other departments and teams.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must have a previous Design portfolio including 3D rendering.
- Required 8–10 experience years.
- Confidence in leading all aspects of the design process as a Project Leader.
- High skills in digital software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D max, MS office.
- Excellent communication skills.
