Job Description

Responsible for customer service, management of client’s day to day order management and timely execution of daily shipments. Also to manage the stock, inventory, Cycle counts and close support to the administrators on daily processing of orders.

Responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Key point of contact for client’s day to day operations.
  • Coordination between client & the company freight team for daily in/out schedules and transportation.
  • Close monitory of inbound and outbound orders processing in SAP and escalations and support for the administrators in case of deviations.
  • Direct support for administrators for processing inbound and outbound shipments in SAP.
  • Support and close monitoring of warehouse staffs to follow the processes both in system and operational to meet the requirements in an effective and productive manner.
  • Monitoring client’s KPI’s, and reporting all deviations to the warehouse/Operations Manager and the Head of CL.
  • Regular stock validation between the company's WMS and Clients system.
  • Prepare the reports for Client’s– Operations & Invoicing
  • Analyze the KPI reports and daily activities to find out the gap and implement the corrective actions.
  • Reporting daily activity reports – IN – Out – Stock level – Outbound plan.
  • Addressing all stock discrepancies root cause. (Human, System)
  • Ensuring that the physical stock comply with the SAP stocks. (physical adjustment)
  • Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel.
  • Monitoring on SAP for data accuracy and closing of orders on time.
  • Communicating any delays or deviation from daily plan to both the company's Operations manager & Head of CL.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelors Degree from an accredited University or Education Institute
  • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  • Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
