Job Description
OD Specialist is required to handle the following:
- Implement the Company's Policy and procedures
- Conducting TNA and arrange the proper training courses for employees
- Creating Competency Model
- Creating Appraisal System
- Responsible for Job Description and Analysis
- Responsible for drawing and updating the hierarchy charts and flow charts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a related field
- HR Diploma
- 3 years of experience in OD ( preferably in Real Estate Investment)
