Job Description
- Study the export market and potential customers and identify the best approach for prospecting new clients and current clients’ development.
- Develop a sales information system including customer database and keeping it updated and available on time to support the decision-making process
- Conduct all required researches on export and local market to identify potential needs and study competition and market buying behavior
- Continually attempting to penetrate new markets and establish the company image as a good international brand in different regions.
- Receive customer orders and prepare to coordinate with planning and production departments to reach the proper confirmed timing and communicate it to customer
- Develop, implement, and improve all sales-related systems including policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions
Job Requirements
- From 0 to 3 years of experience.
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales.
- Export and/or international market experience is a PLUS
- Fluent in the English language
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Self-starter, outgoing personality with exceptional selling and negotiating skills to achieve the sales targets ultimately
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target driven environment
