Job Description

Your role will include:

  • Leading the content sub-teams: the collectors’ team and the data entry team.
  • Setting, monitoring and reporting the achievement of the team’s objectives.
  • Building relationships and engaging with hundreds of restaurants and hotels across Egypt.
  • Enriching users’ experience by ensuring the accuracy of all information published.
  • Recruiting, training and mentoring junior content associates.
  • Taking initiatives on a regular basis to optimize the workflow.
  • Setting a positive example for the team to overachieve.
  • Supporting the sales team when needed.

Job Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in content-related, project management, call-center or administrative role.
  • Excellent English and Arabic language skills (writing and understanding).
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous about quality.
  • Target-oriented and can work well under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Enthusiasm for work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in managing a team is highly valued.
  • Being fast learner and flexible is valued.
