Job Description
- Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress.
- Monitor and update projects activity schedules.
- Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required actions.
- Perform Cost estimation for potential projects.
- Perform activities schedules for different projects and following them up daily, weekly or monthly.
- Preparation of Project Budget & and cash flows.
- Preparation of short term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule.
- Updating the progress of work and preparation of recovery plan to catch up with delays.
- Preparation of procurement plans for materials, machines and sub-contractors.
- Monitor of Cost and Expenditures for ongoing projects.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
- Fluency in English Language.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- 5-7 years of experience in cost control and planning for construction projects.
- Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Primavera & MS Project.
