About TEVET ,
The Technical Education Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training (TEVET) Development Program Support Project aims to develop a system that has the potential to improve skills for both the formal and informal sectors of the economy through creating a high-quality, sustainable, demand-driven, and equitable training system.
- The Project Managers, one situated in Cairo and the other in Qena.
- Will be responsible for all technical and administrative aspects with a 100% level of effort, including:
- Identification of the most technically competent training
- Support in selecting trainees during the interviews and filtration
- Networking with hotels, resorts, restaurants, & companies for employment based on the ENA baseline study for employment of formal tourism technical
- Support in entrepreneurships of business cases submitted for self-income-generation based start-ups according to the Tourism Consumer Market Base-line Study.
- Coordination with and regular reporting to the contracting authority.monitoring all project activities and
- Coordination with the consortium of academia, governmental entities, Tourism establishments, & training providers.
- Orchestrating & ensuring adherence to the project’s specific objectives, expected results, time-action plan, and
- Developing detailed progress
- The task of employment and getting job contracts for participants, and initiating & follow-up of entrepreneurships start-up procedures with governmental authorities and opening the businesses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree. MBA holder is preferred.
- 7-10 working years’ experience, the last 5 years as project manager , preferred in Education development sector.
- Excellent using of MS Office.
- Fluent English .
