About the project ,
Participatory development program in urban areas (PDP) , is a project aim to Improved employability, income generation and employment services within three areas in the Qalyubeya governorate( Shubra El-Kheima, Qalyoub and Khosoos) the broad scale objective is to upgrade the living conditions of the under-privileged informal urban communities (especially women and youth) living in deprived rural areas through increased employment opportunities and income-generating vocations which ameliorate their low-income socio-economic living conditions through technical and industrial employment and/or self-employment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for all technical and administrative aspects, including: Identification of the most technically competent training providers.
- Support in selecting trainees, and employment connections with employers for recruitment of trainees .
- Prepare the detailed project plan through meetings and workshops and provide resources required for the implementation of the projects, and measure funding to ensure the efficiency of the plan .
- Coordinate and follow up the progress of work with all the departments involved in the implementation of the project and breaking the obstacles to make sure that the implementation of the project according to agreed standards and take corrective action.
- Prepare reports on a regular basis (weekly / monthly), regarding the performance of the project compared to set standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree. MBA holder is preferred.
- 10 working years’ experience, the last 5 years as project manager , preferred in Education development sector.
- Excellent using of MS Office.
- Fluent English .
