Job Description
- Support several supervisors in assigned project based work.
- Carry out the Department administrative functions assigned for e.g. typing memos, letters, etc… in a timely manner.
- Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
- Type correspondences, reports and other documents.
- Maintain office filing system by organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
- Attend meeting and take minutes at meetings and distribute it to the concerned parties.
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
- Responsible of coordinating department purchases.
- Review and edit documents and reports.
- Prepare correspondences.
- Prepare documents and reports on the computer.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare meeting agenda.
- Provide receptionist services.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Screen visitors and phone calls to control interruptions.
- Answer phones and direct calls and respond to inquiries.
- Update email and phone directories.
Job Requirements
- Education: University Graduate
- Language: Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
- PC Knowledge: Ability to utilize multiple word-processing and database applications including MS Office applications
