Job Description:

  • The main responsibility of the executive secretary is to provide administrative support to CEO and high-level officials in the academy.
  • Responsible for handling all documents including but not limited to highly confidential documents, handling all incoming & out going mail, protecting academy’s confidential information.
  • Communication and information management, managing office supplies, scheduling meetings and events and negotiating with vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Hold bachelor's degree.
  • Professional skills in computer & typing.
  • Fluent in English and any other language are preferred.
  • The executive secretary should have great familiarity with office software and machines.
  • She or he may even train new lower-level secretaries. In some professions.
  • The executive secretary is expected to be familiar with the technical vocabulary of the academy.
