Job Description
- Develop IT-fusion’s QMS for development and support processes.
- Evaluate performed software project activities and work-products against IT-fusion standards.
- Detect and report deviations, non-compliances, & quality risks resulting from software quality audits.
- Track & follow up on deviations and detected issues till closure.
- Report assigned project quality activities on a periodic basis.
- Promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
- Provide training in all aspects of Quality Management Systems
- A key team member in the SPIG (software process improvement group).
- A key person to achieve the CMMI III for development and services
- Direct staff in the adherence to QA procedures
- Help the management ensures that projects' activities are complying with the organization’s applicable processes and standards
- Identification of any quality problems and recommended changes in quality standards where necessary
- Verification that quality problems have been alleviated and corrected
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering, Computer science or relevant
- Minimum 5-years’ experience in Software and IT industry
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in processes of Software development and/or IT service management and in quality models, approaches, and frameworks as CMMI, ITIL
- Solid knowledge of different SDLCs.
- Knowledge in SCRUM Agile Methodology
