Hygienist (Beni suef)

Purpose:

Assist in creating and evaluating standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing processes (GMP) and ensure their implementation, facilitating continuous improvement of production processes. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Establish a cleaning program and ensure its continuous development. 
• Cleaning and satiation plan risk assessment
• Ensure that all cleaning activities are done according to plan and matching with all requirements and standards.
• Working on updating the cleaning plan and ensuring that it's fully matching with what has been done on the shop floor.
• Accountable for the verification of cleaning practices on the site – and the practice itself.
• Ensure that production lines are ready to operate before production begins.
• Full responsibility for GMP implementation on site 24 x 7.
• Ensure adherence to various GMP policies and procedures. 
• Ensure that all employees apply and adhere to personal hygiene requirements.
• Follow up on the implementation and commitment of employees to GMP rules.
• Training and verification of employee good hygiene practices. 
• Full responsibility for keeping all cleaning records, sanitation, and GMP
• Handling the internal, external, and customers audits for, and matters belonging to the hygiene system
• Full responsibility for closing the GMP non-conformities on time and assigning CAPA.
