Job Description
- Maintain a full understanding of account status, deadlines and deliverables.
- Produce meeting minutes, conference reports, call summaries, and other client deliverables such as billing.
- Help manage client and internal timelines.
- Support internal and external meeting preparation, participation, documentation, and follow-up.
- Contacting potential clients and leads via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, emails, and in person.
- Present Digital marketing and social media strategies to clients
- Report on web performance metrics
- Analyze digital campaigns success
You must have a place of residence in Cairo as you will get training in Alexandria and Cairo Branches
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an advertising account manager
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Experience with customer service and account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or any relevant field
