Job Description
• Manages and handles the day-to-day operation of the finance department.
• Identifies potential areas of compliance weakness and risk.
• Develops & implements corrective action plans.
• Makes sure that archive is up to date and well organized.
• Ensures that the team adheres to process and controls.
• Reviews outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs, as necessary.
• Participates in Tax audits with local tax advisors.
• Implements action plans from audit recommendations.
• Reviews financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Works closely with the financial manager to support where needed.
