Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, Platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
plan and Create social sponsored campaigns to generate qualified leads to close sales.
High level of proficiency in utilizing google tools ( SEO, Google ad words, Google Analytics)
Maintain high level of leads conversion ratio.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content ( original text, images, videos) that build meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actions.
Setup and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
Daily Moderation for all social platforms .
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data insights and best practices, and suggest appropriate solution to increase the overall quality.
Collaborate with other departments ( CRM, Sales, Customer relation) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Proven experience as social media marketing and Google tools in Real Estate field.
Excellent writing, consulting, Editing (photo, video, text).
High level of budget efficiency which leads to high conversion ratio.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and etc.,,
Positive attitude and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Presentable.
Very Good in English.
