  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of shared services, ensuring efficient delivery of HR, procurement, and administrative support across multiple business units.
  • Analyze, streamline, and optimize shared service processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding shared services inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for shared services functions such as HR, finance, procurement, and IT support.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving shared services operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on shared services performance, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support the integration of new technologies and digital solutions to enhance shared services capabilities.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for shared services staff to foster professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all shared services activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in shared services, business operations, or a related area.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, service delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to drive operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, large-scale organization or conglomerate environment.
  • Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and shared services management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
