Job Description

  • Being the point of contact with the Therapists and receive all requirements and ideas  
  • Manage inquiries and solve conflicts with therapists 
  • Provide day-to-day assistance and following up to make sure that the account’s workflow is running smoothly and accurately 
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met internally and externally. 
  • Analyze therapists data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of business revenue.
  • Responsible for orientation and onboarding for the newly-joined therapists. 
  • Managing relationships with the therapists through giving continuous verbal and written support.
  • Interact and coordinate with the CRM team, Accounting team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account. 
  • Following up on monthly performance reports for therapists. 
  • Responsible for Campaigns landing pages
