Job Description

  • Receiving, directing, and relaying phone calls, messages
  • Welcome and direct clients, guests at head office , providing accurate information.
  • Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.
  • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
  • Courier tasks ( responsible of making orders for any courier like UPS / DHL / Middle East…etc), update filing systems for company correspondences in the hard and soft copy formats
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
  • Responsible of writing any English or Arabic letters for the company

Job Requirements

  • 4 year college degree of any discipline
  • Good English spoken /Written
  • Good communication skills.
  • Business writing skills.
  • Computer skills (office)
