Job Description
- Ensure the application of the HSE Policy and Guidelines
- Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with V5000- IP.1 - Prevent & address safety & ergonomics issues
- Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation
- Assist in the compliance of applicable HSE rules and regulations
- Ability to identify Safety challenges and build an action plan to solve these challenges
- Apply and enhance the Valeo Group Safety Methodology on site
- Carry out inspections and internal audits
- Make recommendations and specify corresponding actions as well as the responsibility for implementing it
- Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly HSE reports
- Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis & indentify all related actions
- Follow up on the updates of Safety team and their locations
- Ensure the implementation of the Safety training plan for all Safety members
- Attend Safety committee and implement any required actions
- Maintain the latest updates regarding safety on safety boards
- Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training
- Carries out any in-house safety training
- Perform other work related tasks as required as assigned
- Take over all Internal Maintenance activities on-site
- Carry on all check-lists & provide all solutions & actions on-time
- Ensure no maintenance issues to avoid any safety hazard.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate.
- 2-3 years of experience in administration or HR (preferable to have experience in HSE)
